Great Race Pasta Party

The PPG Wintergarden provided the perfect
venue for the return of the Great Race Pasta Party
on September 29, 2007. Working with Citiparks
and the entire Great Race team, Bour Associates
negotiated with the facility on logistics and operations, coordinated all equipment, booked and managed the entertainment, solicited raffle prizes and managed the drawings, worked with the caterer on the meal plan and presentation, and provided oversight for all set up and strike activities. In addition, Bour Associates worked with a graphic designer to develop a look for the event and all collateral.
